Mesa Arch is a prime landmark of the Island In The Sky section of Canyonlands National Park in Utah and is a sought after destination for both photographers and nature enthusiasts from around the globe. For a short time after sunrise, the light of the sun will reflect off of the sandstone ledge below illuminating the bottom of the arch with a soft orange glow. It is truly a magnificent spectacle to behold and this amazing image was masterfully captured in the summer of 2024 by southwest photographer Todd Stapleton, preserving this moment to be admired and cherished for a lifetime.
